Pathways to Success Peer Mentoring

Our Pathways to Success Peer Mentoring Program connects youth with compassionate mentors who support them every step of the way. Through trusted relationships, mentors help young people build confidence, set goals, and navigate their academic and personal journeys.

From resume building and college exploration to life skills and leadership development, we equip youth with the tools they need to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Program Metrics:

• 100+ youth served annually through mentoring and skill-building sessions 
• 745+ youth mentored to date across programs 
• 80%+ of participants report increased confidence and goal-setting skills 
• 70%+ show improved academic engagement or school attendance 
• 60%+ participate in college and career readiness activities

Through consistent mentorship and guidance, participants experience improved academic engagement, increased confidence, and stronger self-advocacy skills. Youth gain exposure to college and career pathways, develop leadership and workforce readiness skills, and build meaningful relationships with mentors and peers.

Digital Smiles bridges generations through technology by empowering youth to lead. In this youth-led program, teens become teachers; helping elders, parents, and newly arrived community members navigate phones, apps, and online tools with confidence.

From setting up email to connecting on Zoom, youth share their digital skills while building leadership, communication, and confidence. Together, they are closing the digital divide; one smile and one tech lesson at a time.

Digital Smiles creates meaningful intergenerational connection while expanding access to essential digital skills.
