
Six-week, trauma-informed youth development program designed to support underserved youth primarily from immigrant, refugee, and low-income backgrounds through an integrated model of physical activity, mental health support, and leadership development. Youth in underserved and immigrant communities face disproportionate barriers to safe recreational spaces, mental health resources, and structured enrichment opportunities.
