Building Stronger Women, One Session at a Time
She Leads offers women, mothers and caregivers a circle-based leadership experience where language access, childcare, and real logistics meet leadership. Through monthly workshops, peer-led conversation, and career-readiness tools, participants gain confidence, network, and design pathways into training, certification or entrepreneurship.
Circles meet bimonthly on evenings or weekends; all sessions include cultural interpretation and childcare so caregiver stress doesn’t block engagement.
