She Leads : Women’s Empowerment Program

She Leads offers women, mothers, and caregivers a circle-based leadership experience where language access, childcare, and real-life logistics meet leadership development. Through monthly workshops, peer-led conversations, and career-readiness tools, participants build confidence, expand their networks, and design pathways into training, certification, employment, or entrepreneurship.

Circles meet bimonthly on evenings or weekends, with every session providing cultural interpretation and childcare ensuring that caregiver responsibilities and language barriers do not limit participation.

She Leads is designed to remove structural barriers while accelerating leadership and economic mobility. Participants experience:
